Richard Kopelman - Advisor to the Board

Richard is a partner in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Technology Group of Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP. Richard joined the firm in 1992.

Richard has significant experience in the areas of technology and manufacturing. The services he provides clients range from general accounting, audit and tax compliance to strategic planning. The consulting engagements encompass management of information systems selection and process design; strategic planning and business coaching; along with a variety of cost accounting methodologies and techniques.

Richard has extensive experience working with technology companies including start-ups, domestic and foreign companies, and software and hardware companies. He also has experience with manufacturing and distribution companies of all sizes.

In addition, he consults with clients on mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and deal negotiations. These services include due diligence, planning for proper integration of companies' systems and processes, as well as the tax ramifications of the transactions.

Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of South Florida. His professional affiliations include:
