1 When you do not have enough
available funds in your account to cover an item, we may either pay the
item and overdraw your account (an overdraft item) or we may return the
item unpaid (a returned item). In either case, we may charge you
a fee. An "item" includes each order or instruction for the
payment, withdrawal or transfer of funds from your account.
Examples of items are checks, an in-person withdrawal, an ATM or Debit
Card withdrawal, or other electronic means.
2 Automatically transfer
funds from a linked One Georgia Bank savings account to cover
overdrafts. Transfers will be made in increments of $100. Fee
will be charged per transfer. Contact one of our banking offices
to sign up for Overdraft Protection Transfers from your savings account.
