• Earnings Allowance is applied to the minimum daily collected balance less the 10% required reserve to offset the monthly service charge and transaction fees.  The earnings allowance is based on the average one month LIBOR rate from the previous month minus 50 basis points with a floor of 25 basis points.  The earnings credit is effective the first day of the month and remains fixed for the full month.  Earnings may vary according to the market.
