One Georgia Bank is seeking a Commercial Lending Officer that has portfolio management skills, can underwrite his/her own deals, network within the community for loan opportunities and has experience with government guaranteed lending. The position will report directly to the Chief Lending Officer, but must be able to produce with minimum supervision. The ideal candidate will have ten plus years of banking experience, have worked in a community bank and has a four year college degree.

Sales Associate

One Georgia Bank is seeking a Sales Associate that will work with retail customers and small businesses to develop strong relationships.  The position entails opening accounts, teller transactions and consultative selling of bank products.   The position requires thorough knowledge of bank regulations, products and services.  The ideal candidate will have three plus years of banking experience, have worked in a community bank,  excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong customer relations skills and outgoing personality. Information Technology Officer

One Georgia Bank, a $215 million community bank in Midtown Atlanta, is seeking an Information Technology Officer. The position is responsible for maintaining Internet and intranet web-sites and providing first line of onsite technology support for the bank. The individual will participate in the bank’s Information Security Committee and be the primary interface with the bank’s outsourced network technology provider. The ITO will be the system administrator and responsible for maintaining physical access controls to the building. The position will report to the VP and Operations Manager.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail and deadlines. Information Technology degree and two to four years related experience, preferably in a Citrix network environment. Should be a Microsoft Certified Professional.
